Goal nets are an essential part of a football goal. As the saying goes, "the net is 50% of the football goal." Whether you play with a socketed football goal, freestanding football goal, swivel goal or mini goal, playing without a goal net isn't fun. Goal nets are available in lots of different formats (sizes) and colors. They are also available in two different materials. The most common material type is PP (polypropylene). You can also opt for PE (polyethylene). Both types have their benefits and disadvantages. We value a properly fitting goal net. Not only does it look nice, but it also has a positive impact on the goal net's lifespan. That's why we carefully choose our dimensions during the manufacturing process. SKOR goal nets are available in various sizes. We have goal nets for goals with the following dimensions: 1.2 x 0.8, 1.8 x 1.2, 3x1 5 x 2 and 7.32 x 2.44. You can easily find these on our website. There are also various colors available for the nets. A white goal net is the most common choice, but there are also football clubs that want to have their goal nets in their club colors. There are lots of options. We have various combinations in our assortment. Ask us about the options! Please do note that the cost for a colored football goal net is higher and the delivery time can be a bit longer.
Goal nets are made of two types of material. The most common material type for a goal net is PP (polypropylene). This material feels a little softer and more pleasant, looks nice and is easy to hang in the football goal. The material is also a bit stretchy. The purchase price is relatively inexpensive. One disadvantage is that the PP goal nets wear faster. The lifespan of a PP goal net depends on the football goal you use, but also on the number of hours played with the net and on weather conditions. In addition to PP goal nets, there are also goal nets made of PE (polyethylene). PE is a type of plastic. PE goal nets are stiffer and heavier. They are thus not as easy to hang in the football goal and they cannot be hung as nice and taut inside the goal. The purchase price for a PE goal net is also quite a bit higher than for a PP net. A big advantage of PE goal nets is that their lifespan is significantly longer.
Goal nets vary in thread thickness, also called wire thickness. You can choose from the following goal net sizes: 3 mm, 4 mm and 5 mm. SKOR supplies the 4 mm net as standard because we know that the lifespan of this size net meets the specified requirements. If you opt for a goal net with thicker threads (wire thickness), the net's lifespan will increase. Goal nets are made with different mesh sizes. These vary from 45 mm, 100 mm to 120 mm. Here the rule of thumb is: the smaller the goal, the smaller the mesh size, so that the goal net looks nice inside the football goal.

De doelnetten worden gemaakt van polypropyleen (PP) of polyethyleen (PE), waarbij PP het vaakst voorkomt. Een doelnet van PP is gemakkelijk in het doel te hangen en kan bovendien strak in het doel worden gehangen. Een doelnet van PP is voordeliger in aanschaf dan een doelnet van PE, maar zal ook iets sneller slijten. Naast het materiaal heb je bij onze doelnetten ook een keuzemogelijkheid bij de draaddikte en maaswijdte.
Op onze site bestel je eenvoudig het doelnet dat je nodig hebt! Meet hiervoor goed de breedte, hoogte, diepte bovenzijde en diepte onderzijde van je voetbaldoel op, zodat je het doelnet in de juiste afmeting bestelt. Een strak hangend doelnet zal namelijk langer meegaan. Neem voor al onze doelnetten een kijkje op onze site. Bestel je meerdere doelnetten? Dan profiteer je van staffelkorting!
Het doelnet kan op verschillende manieren in het doel worden gehangen. Netbevestiging door middel van nethaken is daar één van. Wij raden aan om elke 10-15 cm het doelnet achter een haak te hangen, hierdoor zal het net stevig in het doel hangen. Op onze site vind je verschillende voetbaldoelen met nethaken. Zijn je nethaken aan vervanging toe? Geen probleem, bij onze voetbaldoel toebehoren kun je losse nethaken (per set van 10 stuks) aanschaffen.
