Team Shelter Frame
- Fully welded Team Shelter frame, offering an exceptionally stable team shelter construction.Team shelter is coated (all RAL colors available).- Team Shelter coating has mostly aesthetic purpose,, due to rust-resistant properties of aluminum.The Team Shelter structure will be delivered disassembled.- Team Shelter Dimensionss 2.05 x 1.5 x 1.5m (height x depth above x depth below)- Team shelter width is configurable (2 people per meter)- If there is a recess in the perimeter fence, or if the paving needs to be adjusted to suit the team shelters, it is recommended to contact customer service regarding the exact width of the team shelter.- Headroom in a team shelter is 2.2 m.- The Team Shelter front side is made upright, so that the Team Shelter structure can be aligned with guard rails. - The frame is made entirely of aluminum, which ensures that it is not liable to corrosion (if the team shelter is being used in a coastal area, some treatment may be required)- The top bar of the team shelter structure has a unique and exceptionally strong extrusion profile strip. - The large radius on the underneath prevents or minimizes injury if someone hits their head against the top bar- There are a number of bars built into the lateral sides of a team shelter structure, adding extra stability to the whole construction. These bars also ensure that the side panels do not rattle against the team shelter frame.

- 4mm Polycarbonate sheeting with bronze glow- Transparent and impact-proof.- UV resistant- The PolyCarbonate sheet is fixed to the team shelter frame using stainless steel screws.- Rubber is fitted around all team shelter roof panels to prevent leaks.

Onze dugouts worden geproduceerd in onze eigen fabriek in Almelo en worden vervaardigd uit aluminium. Hierbij heb je de keuze tussen ongecoate (brute) en gecoate dugouts. Bij een gecoate dugout wordt er een kleur (mogelijk in alle RAL-kleuren) aangebracht op het aluminium. Dit heeft vooral een estetisch karakter, omdat aluminium niet roest.
Bij de zitgelegenheden kan onderscheid worden gemaakt tussen banken enerzijds en stoelen anderzijds. De banken zitgelegenheid is leverbaar in drie materialen: vuren planken, meranti planken en kunstgras planken. De stoelen zijn leverbaar in twee modellen: kuipstoelen en racestoelen. De hockey dugouts die je op deze pagina vindt hebben allemaal een stahoogte van 2 meter en een diepte van 1,50 meter. De breedte is geheel af te stellen naar wens. Wij hanteren als uitgangspunt dat een meter breedte ruimte biedt aan twee personen. De verschillen tussen de hockey dugouts schuilen in de zitgelegenheid, coating en zijbeplating. Daarnaast bieden wij twee dugouts met tassenplank en jashaken! Ben je op zoek naar een dugout in andere afmetingen? Neem dan gerust contact met ons op!
Het frame van onze dugouts wordt gemaakt van aluminium, hierdoor zal de dugout niet gaan roesten. Dit wordt ook wel ‘bruut’ genoemd. Coating heeft dan ook vooral een esthetisch karakter, een gecoate dugout zorgt namelijk voor een exclusieve uitstraling. Coating is mogelijk in alle RAL-kleuren!
Alle hockey dugouts bestaan uit een aluminium frame. Aan de zij- en achterkant van de dugout is Polycarbonaat beplating aangebracht. Deze beplating is doorzichtig, slagvast en UV-bestendig en wordt met RVS schroeven aan het frame van de dugout gemonteerd.
Alle dugouts worden net als onze hockeydoelen geproduceerd in onze eigen fabriek in Almelo. Je bent altijd welkom voor een rondleiding wanneer je benieuwd bent naar het productieproces!
