Football Balls Production Methods
We produce our football balls according to the newest techniques, and we offer a choice of three different types of ball:
1. Thermo Bonded; a fully glued ball, whereby this ball is 100% round and water-proof. This technique is used already for years manufacturing football balls used by the World Cup and the Champions League.
2. Dual Tech (Hybrid); a machine stitched ball that is additionally glued later in the process. Although this type of ball is also 100% water-proof, its roundness and stability are a little less perfect than that in a Thermo Bonded ball.
3. Hand-stitched footballs; a traditional ball, manufactured according to classic methods, which makes it feel a bit heavier on the foot. It is always up to you, what you as a player or a trainer like best! 

Materials used in our football balls.
Our SKOR football balls are manufactured using butyl rubber for reinforcing the inner bladder. The advantage thereof is that our football balls do not have to be re-pumped after every training. That's a huge difference! If you are used to a different type of a football ball, you may think the balls we produce are too light. This occurs because of a soft PU layer that guarantees a good 'touch', but without losing the power while shooting.
